Soltech Solutions is a Bethlehem, Pennsylvania–based manufacturer specializing in cutting-edge LED grow lights designed for indoor gardening and biophilic design. Founded in 2014 by Paul Hodges, Michael Planer, and Chris Clark, the company combines scientific insights into photosynthetic lighting with décor-friendly fixtures, exemplified by its flagship Aspect pendant light.

Recently, Soltech has realized significant growth. After expanding its manufacturing footprint in Bethlehem’s Pi incubator, bolstered by a $15,000 Keystone Innovation Zone technology transfer grant, the company now ships thousands of units globally, including installations at Google’s New York City headquarters and commercial projects like Rockefeller Center. This international reach has contributed to rising revenue and team expansion.
