Discover Gourmet Egg Rolls—Over 40 Varieties!

""
A passion for cooking and feeding people, combined with a longtime interest in food trucks, inspired Kelly to launch a food truck and catering business specializing in gourmet egg rolls. Kelly turned to the Duquesne University SBDC to turn her business concept into reality. With the guidance of an experienced business consultant, she developed a comprehensive business and financial plan that provided her lender with a clear understanding of the venture and helped secure the capital needed to move forward.

“So excited to finally get “Rollin”!”

The Pennsylvania SBDC has been a critical resource throughout Kelly’s entrepreneurial journey. Its trusted consulting services and educational programs provided valuable guidance as she navigated the challenges of starting a new business.

Kelly successfully opened for business at Squatch Brewery in Monroeville on April 19. A ribbon cutting ceremony followed at Helltown Brewery in Export, Pennsylvania, on May 29. Through her business, Kelly has built a positive brand presence while creating opportunities to connect with and serve the local community.Rollin' Around Gourmet Logo
