Jen brings a unique blend of human resources, marketing, public affairs, and business management experience from the retail, manufacturing, insurance and non-profit sectors. Her passion is to provide exceptional customer service to small businesses.

Katie has a BA degree from Mount Saint Mary’s University. She has several years of experience in the banking and real estate industries. In her role, Katie is managing website content, coordinating educational programs and providing support for the delivery of business consulting and technical assistance.
