Budget Analyst

Kutztown University SBDC seeks a budget analyst to provide government and non-profit fund accounting with emphasis on matching requirements. Primary duties include but not limited to: develop and manage budget projections, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance issues.

Requirements for this position include: Bachelors degree and two to four years experience in fund accounting management, federal/state matching requirements, and OMB circulars. Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations is also required. Master’s Degree in Business or related a plus. Significant experience may be considered in lieu of required qualifications.

Starting salary for this position is $39,511. Position is grant funded and subject to yearly renewal pending funding.
