The Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP) and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) of Philadelphia presented the Small Business Manufacturers Outreach Conference for invited small businesses capable of manufacturing to the required quality standards. These businesses met with contracting officers and other Acquisition personnel from NAVICP/DLA Philadelphia.

Invitation Instructions
To be invited, qualified small businesses must submit a Capability Statement to clydes@wharton.upenn.edu by April 12, 2010. One ticket will be issued for attendance for each Capability Statement accepted.
All accepted statements will be provided to NAVICP, DLA and other participants at the event.
Space is limited to 60 invited attendees
ONLY TICKET HOLDERS WILL BE ADMITTED

Sources are solicited from those listed on the Bidder's Mailing List and through advertisement in the Federal Business Opportunities when the buy value exceeds $25,000. The NAVICP uses the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website as its Bidders Mailing List.

Source Approval Request
Many commodities will require a Source Approval before a sale can be made. The time required for approval of a new supplier is normally such that award cannot be delayed pending approval of the new source. Download the following brochures for more information:
