Megan Schmidgal works to market and promote the high quality work and impact of the Pennsylvania SBDC network. She develops and creates materials including press releases, annual reports, success stories and other information to help educate investors and stakeholders on the important business services the Pennsylvania SBDCs have to offer. Megan is also in charge of maintaining the Pennsylvania SBDC website, a highly effective tool for entrepreneurs looking to grow their business. Additionally, she coordinates the annual client exposition which helps demonstrate the vital role of small business throughout Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining the Pennsylvania SBDC, Megan managed communications for the community development organization Leadership Pittsburgh Inc. and was a project manager at Mizrahi Design Associates in Pittsburgh. She received her B.A. in English and Communications from Grove City College in Grove City, PA.
