Consultant Profile: George Boehm
George Boehm is a Technology Commercialization and Government Procurement Specialist for the Kutztown University Small Business Development Center. In his role, he often provides expertise in all aspects of manufacturing, including quality process and procedures, proposal development and contract management. He has over 30 years combined experience in the Aerospace Industry, working with both large companies on radar systems, gunfire control systems, missile systems and R&D, and small companies working on telemetry systems, security systems and data systems. His experience entails managing the departments of program management, project management, contracts, proposal writing, proposal pricing and production control. Additionally, he has established and managed manufacturing divisions for companies. George has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University and has studied toward an M.S. in Electrical
Engineering at both New York University and Steven’s Institute of Technology.
