The University of Scranton SBDC to Present Statewide “Building Your Art Business” Webinar Series

The University of Scranton Small Business Development Center in partnership with the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts will present a webinar series designed to provide artists of all types with the knowledge, skills and support needed to start and run their own businesses.

The webinar series is open to all small businesses or entrepreneurs including visual artists, writers and performers, photographers, dancers, actors, musicians, designers, and craftspeople.

Making Sense of Your Dollars and Cents
Date: Wednesday, March 13
Time: 12:00 p.m.-1 p.m.
Details: This webinar will show participants how to take a closer look at the way they manage the finances of their businesses. Topics include basic recordkeeping, the various accounting cycles and management methods, understanding financial statements, and what to expect from accountants and/or bookkeepers.
